Help with your account, project access and website connections.
Talk to the One1 team
Include your project name, the page involved and a short description of what happened. Never include passwords, authorization codes, access tokens or sensitive customer records.
Project access
Signing in does not automatically add you to a project. Ask the project owner to check your membership and the account you used to sign in.
Google website connections
Open Settings → Connections. Connect the Google account that can access the property, then choose the matching website property. Google sign-in alone does not connect reports.
Facebook and Instagram
Open Settings → Connections to register an asset intention or review authorized saved profiles. Live Meta authorization remains unavailable in this release. If a response is lost, use Check connection request instead of starting another attempt. An unknown outcome is not a successful connection.
Missing or delayed readings
Check the selected website, property, reporting period and last sync. If access has expired, reconnect. A dash means no measurement is available, not zero activity.
Disconnect or request deletion
Disconnect a source in Settings → Connections to stop that website connection. For account-wide revocation, use Google account settings. Contact us for project data access, correction or deletion. Read what disconnect removes
